The app recognises who signed in and opens the right workspace — no separate seller app, rider app or partner dashboard to buy, learn, or keep updated.
One-tap Google Sign-In, live order tracking with a push update at every step, offers that apply themselves at checkout, home delivery or store pickup, saved addresses, one-tap reorder, ratings and a real returns flow. And the 15-minute promise: an order that isn't confirmed in 15 minutes cancels itself and tells the customer immediately — no one is ever left waiting on a silent screen.
An order desk, not just an order list: an incoming queue with a countdown, where you accept, reject — or accept item-by-item when something's short. Manage the catalog, photos and bulk stock from your phone, run promotions, set per-zone delivery charges, and give staff exactly the keys their job needs: admin, accountant, warehouse.
Your own employees, not a gig fleet. Each rider sees their assigned orders and updates status with one tap from pickup to doorstep. You see every rider's live load before assigning — and a daily cash-in-hand report keeps every rupee of COD accounted for.
