Privacy Policy

4PawsLabs ("we", "us", "our") operates PlayArena, a mobile game app offering Sudoku, Bingo, Tic Tac Toe, Box Bound, Ludo, and Raja Mantri. This Policy explains what information PlayArena handles, and why.

PlayArena has no accounts. There is no sign-up, no login, no email address, and no phone number anywhere in the app. This Policy is short because the app collects very little.

1. Information the app stores on your device

When you first open PlayArena, you choose a display name and an avatar. Both are stored only on your own device (using standard secure on-device storage) and are not linked to your real identity. The app also stores your in-game coin balance and preferences (such as sound settings) locally on your device.

2. Information sent to our server

PlayArena's online multiplayer features (playing with friends via a room code) require your device to briefly connect to our server so moves can be relayed between players in real time. To do this, the server temporarily holds:

None of this is written to a database. PlayArena's server holds this data in memory only, for as long as a match is active, and discards it once the match ends or the server restarts. There is currently no persistent server-side storage of any kind - nothing to request the deletion of, because nothing is retained past an active session.

3. Room chat

Players in the same online room can send each other text messages and preset stickers. These are relayed live between players in that room only, and are not stored beyond the session. PlayArena does not have public chat or matchmaking with strangers - only people you've shared your room code with can join a room or see messages sent in it.

4. What we do not collect

We do not use advertising SDKs, third-party analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or location. We do not require or support account creation of any kind. Any in-app purchase capability added in the future will be disclosed here before it goes live.

5. Who we share data with

The only "sharing" that happens is between players inside a room you've joined by choice - your chosen display name, avatar, and moves are visible to the other player(s) in that room, the same way they would be in any shared game. We do not sell data to anyone, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

6. Your rights (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023)

Because PlayArena does not collect or retain personal data beyond an active session, most data-subject rights under India's DPDP Act, 2023 (access, correction, erasure) have nothing to act on by the time you'd exercise them - there's no stored record to look up. If you believe we hold something about you that contradicts this Policy, contact us using the details in Section 8 and we'll investigate and respond within 30 days.

7. Children's privacy

PlayArena does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect personal information from anyone. There is no account creation, no data collection form, and no field anywhere in the app to enter personal details.

8. Grievance Officer

9. Security

All data in transit between the app and our server is encrypted (HTTPS/WSS). Access to our server infrastructure is restricted to authorized 4PawsLabs personnel only.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as PlayArena's features change - for example, if a real advertising SDK or in-app purchases are added. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Effective date" above.
