4PawsLabs ("we", "us", "our") operates PixelCraft, a mobile app that guides you step by step through hand-painting pixel art designs on paper or canvas, then helps you photograph and share the finished result. This Policy explains what information PixelCraft handles, and why.
PixelCraft has no accounts. There is no sign-up, no login, no email address, and no phone number anywhere in the app. This Policy is short because the app collects very little.
PixelCraft stores all of your app data locally on your own device only, using standard on-device storage. This includes:
None of this is linked to your identity, and none of it leaves your device unless you choose to share a collage (see Section 3).
PixelCraft uses your device's camera, or your photo gallery as an alternative, only so you can photograph the physical piece you've painted. That photo is used entirely on-device to build a before/after collage with the digital design. We do not upload, transmit, or receive your photos on any server - the app has no photo-upload feature at all.
When you choose to share or save a finished collage, PixelCraft hands the image to your device's own share sheet or photo library, using your operating system's standard sharing and media-library tools. This only happens when you tap "Share" or "Save" yourself - PixelCraft never shares or uploads anything automatically.
To offer new pixel art designs over time, PixelCraft periodically checks a public, read-only design catalog we host and downloads new designs when you choose to accept them. This request contains no personal information, no device identifier tied to you, and no account data - it is a plain content fetch, the same as loading a public webpage.
PixelCraft requests the following device permissions. Some are included by default by the camera and media libraries the app is built on, even though PixelCraft's own features don't use every one of them:
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Since PixelCraft doesn't collect personal data in the first place, there is nothing of yours for us to share with anyone.
Because PixelCraft does not collect or retain personal data on any server, most data-subject rights under India's DPDP Act, 2023 (access, correction, erasure) have nothing to act on - there is no stored record to look up. If you believe we hold something about you that contradicts this Policy, contact us using the details in Section 10 and we'll investigate and respond within 30 days.
PixelCraft does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect personal information from anyone. There is no account creation, no data collection form, and no field anywhere in the app to enter personal details.
Any network requests PixelCraft makes (to fetch new designs) use encrypted connections (HTTPS). Everything else - your progress, settings, and photos - stays on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.
We may update this Policy as PixelCraft's features change - for example, if analytics or in-app purchases are added in the future. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Effective date" above.
