Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Door2Door mobile application, operated by 4PawsLabs ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or placing an order through Door2Door, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What Door2Door is

Door2Door is a platform connecting local shop owners ("shops") with customers in towns we serve, for grocery and food ordering, delivery, and pickup. Each shop operates independently on the platform; 4PawsLabs provides the technology connecting shops, customers, and the shop's own delivery riders. 4PawsLabs does not itself sell, stock, prepare, or deliver any goods — shops fulfil orders using their own staff and riders.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to create a customer account.
• Customer accounts are created via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure — we never see or store your Google password.
• Only one active session is permitted per account; signing in on a new device ends any existing session.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, mobile number, and addresses you provide.

4. Orders

• Placing an order sends it to the shop as "Placed." The shop has 15 minutes to accept or reject it; unaccepted orders are automatically rejected after this window.
• Once a shop accepts your order, it cannot be cancelled — by you or by the shop — except through the normal completion states (delivered / delivery failed, or delivered / not collected for pickup orders). Please order carefully.
• Delivery charges are set per zone by the shop and are not based on distance. Some zones may not be shown a delivery charge upfront and instead a flat/estimated charge until you finalize your delivery address.
• A small-basket charge may apply if your order total is below a shop's configured minimum.
• If you place an order for someone else, you are responsible for ensuring the recipient's contact number is correct and that they are available to receive the order.

5. Pickup orders

For pickup orders, the shop will notify you when your order is ready. Orders not collected within the shop's specified collection window may be marked "Not Collected." Repeated no-shows on pickup orders may result in restrictions on placing future pickup orders.

6. Returns

Return eligibility is set per product by the shop (typically applicable to grocery items and not to prepared food). Where returnable, return requests must be raised within the window shown in the app after delivery and are subject to the shop's review and approval. Approving a return is at the shop's discretion based on the condition of the returned item.

7. Delivery zones

Shops define which areas ("zones") they deliver to and the charge for each zone. Orders outside a shop's configured delivery zones cannot be placed for delivery, though pickup may still be available.

8. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery/recipient information
• Be reasonably available to receive deliveries or collect pickup orders
• Treat riders and shop staff respectfully
• Not use the app for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal ordering activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly abuse the platform (e.g., persistent refusal to accept deliveries, harassment of riders/staff, or fraudulent order activity).

9. Product listings and pricing

Product availability, pricing, and images are set and maintained by each individual shop. While we provide the platform shops use to manage their catalog, 4PawsLabs is not responsible for pricing errors, stock accuracy, or product quality — these are the shop's responsibility. Please raise any product quality concerns with the shop through the app's return/support flow.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4PawsLabs' liability arising from your use of Door2Door is limited to facilitating the connection between you and the shop. We are not liable for delays, order errors, product quality issues, or delivery/pickup disputes arising from a shop's or rider's actions — these should be resolved directly with the shop through the app's support channels, escalated to us only where the platform itself is at fault.

11. Intellectual property

The Door2Door app, its design, and underlying technology are the property of 4PawsLabs. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app outside normal use through official app stores.

12. Termination

You may stop using Door2Door and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [STATE/CITY — TO BE FILLED IN], India.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
